By using the Bolt Product Bulk Editor app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is provided to assist merchants in bulk editing product information on their Shopify stores. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store and the credentials used to access the App. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your store's account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

Use of the App may be subject to fees. All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data collection and use practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
